Self adhesive flashing tape/Flashband is a bituminous self-adhesive waterproofing tape protected by a metal film in aluminium or HDPE film, natural or coloured, non reinforcement or reinforced with a polyester film.

The adhesive bituminous compound is protected until use by a silicone release film.Versatile and easy to use

 

They are cold applied in a simple and quick way. No special tools are required.

Safe over the years: The special film protects the compound from ageing caused by all factors that could compromise integrity: gas, light and UV rays.

The bituminous compound is self-sealing: in case of small tears or accidental holes, the tape seals itself and remains waterproof. Waterproof asphalt strip , bitumen strip For protecting: metal, plastic, asbestos cement, roofs and coverings in general.

For sealing: frames and skylights, parapets, glass and plastic structures.

For repairing: Hatch cover ,tiles, gutters, metal pipes, metal plate or asbestos cement roofs.

Application:

Construction and other base face is simple, clean, and can be widely used in roofing, basement, bathroom, etc. waterproofing works, and for legislation to pave and stick and pipe wall (except heat pipes), bridges , and other complex environment, especially in open flame is prohibited, covert fire waterproofing works.

Product Features:

Self-adhesive modified bitumen membrane with a self-adhesive surface of the waterproofing, sealing material, divided into with base membrane and without base membrane.And one side with self-adhesive layer and two sides with layers two kinds.The self-adhesive layer has covered with release sheep. the material of release sheet also has a few kinds. all the self-adhesive layers no need glue, just because the adhesive of itself, which is caused by the modified bitumen. Low-temperature-resistant properties of the product, and the MTR, tunnels and the scene of the fire with the best waterproof, moisture resistance and sealing materials, also apply to pipeline waterproof, anti-corrosion works.
